Do you charge a callout fee?
Yes — standard callout is $85 (waived if you proceed with the quoted work). Emergency after-hours callout is $145. Both are quoted before we arrive, never a surprise.
Are you licensed in Victoria?
Yes. EC Licence #78234, issued by Energy Safe Victoria. Matt holds a full Electrician A-grade licence. All work comes with a Certificate of Electrical Safety for notifiable work.
How quickly can you respond to emergencies?
